- Click GET STARTED or the Weekly Specials link in your e-VIC email to go to your personalized e-VIC page.
- Click the icon on any of the displayed coupons.
- You will be redirected to a page where you must accept that Harris Teeter is sharing some of your information with a third party vendor. This information is restricted to your email address and the password you will create. You will only do this 1 time.
- On subsequent visits, clicking the icon will save the coupon.
- Click Accept, then Go to Profile
- If you have an existing Profile, login and verify your profile. Then click Submit/Signup.
- If you don't have a profile, complete the Profile and click Submit/Signup.
- Your profile will be created and the Coupons will once again be displayed.
- Click the icon to add a coupon to your VIC Card.
- Shop at your local Harris Teeter and purchase the items. Your receipt will print a line similar to this when the coupon is applied to your transaction: MC 1001 ZVR Huggies Diapers 1.00-F
- What are e-VIC Coupons? E-VIC Coupons are electronic coupons and promotions available to you through our e-VIC program. Simply browse and select e-VIC Coupons online that load directly to your VIC Card. When you purchase the qualifying products and when your purchase meets the redemption requirements of an e-VIC Coupon, the savings are automatically applied to your order and are noted on your receipt for each qualifying item.
- How can I participate in the e-VIC Coupons program at Harris Teeter? You must have an online account registered on Harris Teeter - Your Neighborhood Food Market with your active VIC Card number and you must be an active e-VIC member. Go to Harris Teeter - Your Neighborhood Food Market and select the "Sign-Up or Log-In" link and walk through the New Users process to create an account and sign up for e-VIC.
- What if I’m not an e-VIC member? Go to Harris Teeter - Your Neighborhood Food Market and select the "Sign-Up or Log-In" link and walk through the New Users process. In order to load digital coupons to your card, you must add your VIC card number to your new Harris Teeter account during the registration process.
- Privacy and terms of use policiesAt Harris Teeter, your privacy is our concern. We will not sell or give your name, address, email address or personal information to anyone.
We will occasionally use customer purchase records and other information to offer special promotions or coupons to our customers. But we do not share personal information with anyone outside of Harris Teeter. If you prefer not to receive these special offers, just select the "opt out" box located on the VIC online application form and (for existing VIC Card holders) on the VIC online change form.
- How do I save a coupon to my account? All you have to do is click “Save It” on the coupon and it will be saved in your account for you to use the next time you shop.
- Where can I see the coupons I have saved?You can see all the coupons you have saved by clicking the "My Saved Offers" link.
- Do I need to print coupons?No. Our coupons are paperless and work automatically when you swipe your VIC card at the register, so there is no need to print anything. However, for your convenience, you have the option of printing your e-VIC shopping list which includes your coupons.
- Is there a limit on the number of coupons I can save?You may have up to 99 different coupons saved in your account at any time.
- How do I know the coupon has been used? Your savings will be itemized on your receipt. In addition, the coupon will no longer appear in the “My Coupons” or “Shopping List” tabs.
- Do coupons expire? Yes, expiration dates appear on each coupon and will vary by offer.
- Can coupons be doubled or tripled? Paperless coupons will be redeemed for face value only and will not be doubled or tripled.
- How many times can a coupon be used?All coupons are limited to one usage per transaction. If the coupon is still available, you may go back and re-add it to your account.
- Are all products for which there are coupons available at all stores and locations?While the products for which we have offers are broadly available, some products may not be available at all stores.
- How often will new coupons be available? We are working with manufacturers all the time to add coupons, so check back often to see the available offers.
- Can I use a paperless coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?Yes, you can combine paper and electronic coupons.
- Can I delete coupons from my account?Yes. If you do not want a coupon any more, just go to the "My Saved Offers" link and click “Remove” on that coupon.
- What if I delete a coupon from "My Saved Offers" by mistake? If the coupon is still available from the manufacturer, you can re-save it.
- What do I do if a coupon did not work properly?If you are in the store, please go to the customer service counter for assistance. If you have already left the store, please contact Harris Teeter customer relations at 1-800-432-6111
- How long does it take until my coupons are active on my card? Coupons are generally available within a few minutes but can take up to an hour before they can be used in the store.
- Can I use my digital offers at any Harris Teeter location? Yes, your digital offer offers are able to be used at any Harris Teeter location.
- Why can't I find electronic coupons I have seen on a previous visit to the site?e-VIC Coupons are assigned specific publishing dates. When the publishing period is over, the coupons are automatically removed from the site. Coupons also have a limit on the number of times they can be selected, so if that limit is reached they are also removed from the site. So, please be sure to check back often and add the savings you want!
- Can e-VIC Coupons be combined with regular VIC card specials? Absolutely
