All you have to do is take the quiz, answer 3 questions which do not have to be correct and print your coupon!
For those wanting to print more than one, you cannot do that at the initial print screen. Here are the steps to get new security codes for each one:
After printing the first one hit "Refresh" then hover your mouse over the "Take Quiz" and right click, select "Settings". Move the bar on the settings all the way to the left and hit "OK". Hit "OK" again and then move the slider bar back to the middle and hit "OK". The click on "Take Quiz" and take the quiz again. A new coupon with a unique code will then print. Repeat if you want more.
