It's Brag time! I managed to get 33 bags of M&Ms FREE today! The Christmas M&Ms are clearanced to 90% off which made them $0.39 each! I had 13 coupons for $1/2 making them all FREE! YAY! I was also able to pick up a $20 Pancake maker for $2, some cute toys for $0.79 and $1.29 and even a set of reading glasses for $1.29, 90% off!
In addition, I was able to pick up some great toys at Target at 75% to fill my gift closet again. Most of the toys are still at 50% and I am patiently waiting for the 75% markdown! I have my eye on a few things! Don't worry, as soon as I get any word of the markdowns, you will be the first to know!
At Walgreens I was able to get 8 boxes of Triaminic Thin Strips, 2 Thermacare Heat Wraps, 2 Rembrant and 8 packs of stickers for tax only!
Of course, Harris Teeter has been my stop every day for the past 5 days! I have been getting Special K bars, Yogurt, Chapstick, Aspirin, Baby Powder, Sweetener and more FREE! My best find was today when I came accross some Childrens Advil Cold on clearance for $2.84. My $1 coupon doubled and I only paid $0.84. I had gotten 2 of them. As I was checking out, the cashier (who is always so sweet) saw the price and said "Oh, I have got to get some of this, my daughter is sick." So after she finished ringing me up, I handed her the medicine and said "I hope she feels better!". If feels so good to give! I hope other couponers are giving too! Those cashiers put up with a lot and during events like Super Doubles, they work extra hard.
I am looking forward to my big shopping day on Wednesday at my favorite CVS and if my order comes in on the truck, I will be getting 20 Oust Air Sanitizers and CVS is going to PAY me to take them! :)
