What is the "Penguin"? It is a cardboard display about 3 feet tall shapped like a penguin and has lots of coupons attached to it! It shows up from time to time and are usually high value coupons!
The Penguin was spotted in the Frozen Foods isle and the coupons expire 5/31! Here is a list:
