    I live in Western North Carolina and purchased today at CVS both the EOS lip balm and the Old Spice Deodorant and did not receive ECBs. Who should I contact to receive them.

    The store should be able to force print the ECBs. You can also contact customer service and they can get your ECBs printed for you. I would suggest the store level first. The tags should be up for these items.

    Vickie, after doing some research, I have found that both of those were origionally reported to be a monthly deal, yet it is not. I really am sorry about that! I am dissapointed because I have not gotten them yet and thought I had all month to get them. Your best option is to just return them. Once again, I apologize!
