    Erika - Make sure to click "I did this" in the entry form box for each one. It will then pop up a form for you to enter your name and e-mail. You have to click that for each one to be entered for each. Thanks!

    One more thing, the form has been slow to load on my computer so if you don't see the form right away, give it a min and it will come up.
